1. Donations

• All donations made to Smile n Care Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of fraudulent transactions or errors.
• Donors are encouraged to verify all details before making a contribution.

2. Event & Program Fees

• If Smile n Care Foundation organizes an event, training, or program that requires registration fees, cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be processed for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
• If an event is canceled by Smile n Care Foundation, registered participants will receive a full refund.

3. Duplicate Transactions

• If you have been charged multiple times for the same donation or payment due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately.
• Upon verification, we will process the refund of the duplicate amount within 7-10 business days.

4. Incorrect or Fraudulent Transactions

• If a transaction is found to be fraudulent or made in error, donors can request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
• Smile n Care Foundation reserves the right to verify and approve such requests.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.
